Chapter 1: Identification and Handling of Course Disciplinary Violations

对无故旷课、请假逾期不归或擅自离校者处分可参考《ok138太阳集团中国官方网站外国职工违纪处分实施办法（修订版）三峡大外〔2011〕46号》

The disciplinary measures for unexcused absences, overstaying of leave or leaving the university without permission can be found in the 《Disciplinary Measures (Revised Version) No. 46 of Three Gorges University Foreign Students [2011]》

第二章 住宿违纪行为的认定与处理

Chapter 2: Identification and Handling of residential discipline violations

（一）未扫码次数达到5次者，取消奖学金评定资格（以公寓中心反馈名单为主）。

（1） Those who fail to scan the code for 5 times will be disqualified from the scholarship evaluation (mainly based on the feedback list of the apartment Center).

（二）在集体宿舍内留宿异性，或在异性宿舍内留宿者，给予留校察看或以上处分。

（2） Those who stay in the dormitory of the opposite sex, or stay in the dormitory of the opposite sex, shall be given detention or above punishment.

（三）未经批准私自调换寝室或不服从公寓管理部门安排，经批评教育不改者给予警告或以上处分。

（3） Those who change their dormitories without approval or disobey the arrangement of the apartment management department and refuse to change after criticism and education shall be given a warning or above punishment.

（四）晚上不按时归寝达5次者，给予警告处分；不按时归寝6-8次者，给予严重警告处分；不按时归寝超过8次者，给予记过或以上处分。因不按时归寝所引起的一切不良后果由外国职工本人承担（以公寓管理中心报送的具体名单为主）。

（4） Those who fail to return to the bedroom on time for 5 times at night shall be given a warning; Those who fail to return to the dormitory 6-8 times on time shall be given serious warning; Those who fail to return to the bedroom on time for more than 8 times shall be given a demerit or more. All adverse consequences caused by not returning to the dormitory on time shall be borne by the foreign students themselves (mainly the specific list submitted by the apartment management center).

（五）夜不归宿达2-3次者，给予警告处分，4-6次者给予严重警告处分，7-10次者给予记过处分，超过10次者给予留校察看处分（因事经批准的除外）。因夜不归宿所引起的一切不良后果由外国职工本人承担。

（5） Those who do not return at night for 2-3 times will be given a warning, those who do not return for 4-6 times will be given a serious warning, those who do not return for 7-10 times will be given a demerit recording, and those who do not return for more than 10 times will be given a detention on probation (unless approved for some reason). All adverse consequences caused by staying out at night shall be borne by the foreign students themselves.

（六）未经批准，私自在职工公寓外租房居住，经批评教育仍不搬回学校住宿或屡教不改者，给予留校察看及以上处分。因寝外租房居住所引起的一切不良后果由外国职工本人承担。

（6） Those who rent a house outside the international student's apartment without approval, but still do not move back to the school after criticism and education, or do not change after repeated education, will be given detention and above sanctions. All adverse consequences caused by renting a house outside the dormitory shall be borne by the foreign students themselves.

（七）未经批准，私自离校，经批评教育屡教不改者或撒谎、隐瞒，给予留校察看及以上处分，并取消开具无犯罪证明、攻读硕士推荐信，仅办理短期签证或临时签证；未经审批离校超过2周，将予以退学处理，且不允许参加期末考试，取消办理签证资格。

（7） Those who leave the school without approval, and refuse to correct after criticism and education, or lie or conceal, will be given detention and above punishment, and their certificate of no crime and letter of recommendation for master's degree will be cancelled, and only short-term visa or temporary visa will be handled; Those who leave the school for more than 2 weeks without approval will be dismissed, and are not allowed to take the final exam, and will be disqualified from applying for a visa.

（八）在寝室违章用电、生火做饭、使用危险品者，给予警告或严重警告处分；由此而引发火灾或其他严重后果者，除赔偿经济损失外，给予留校察看或以上处分。

（8） Those who illegally use electricity, light a fire to cook or use dangerous goods in the dormitory shall be given a warning or serious warning; If a fire or other serious consequences are caused, in addition to compensation for economic losses, they shall be detained for observation or more.

（九）未经允许私自外出者，给予留校察看处分；未经允许私自外出并瞒报、谎报，隐瞒行程轨迹者，给予开除处分。

（9） Those who go out without permission shall be detained for inspection; Those who go out without permission and conceal, falsely report or conceal the travel track shall be dismissed.

第三章 欠费违纪行为的认定与处理

Chapter 3: Identification and Handling of disciplinary violations for non-payment of fees

（1）欠费金额达到5000以上者，给予最长3个月签证，取消奖学金评定。

（1）Those who owe more than 5000 will be granted a visa for up to 3 months and the scholarship evaluation will be cancelled.

（2）无故欠费的外国职工，学校将不予注册、考试成绩不予登记并不计学

分；未缴清欠费之前，不得办理毕业、结业、休学、退学、转学等手续。

（2）For foreign students who owe fees without reason, the school will not register, the examination results will not be registered and the credits will not be counted; Before the arrears are paid, no formalities such as graduation, graduation, suspension, withdrawal or transfer shall be handled.

（3）外国职工凡毕（结）业时仍未缴清费用的，不得发放毕（结）业证、学位证、成绩单、学习证明、行为证明等证明材料。

（3）Foreign students who have not paid the fees at the time of graduation (completion) shall not be issued with graduation certificate, degree certificate, transcript, study certificate, behavior certificate and other supporting materials.

第四章 无故缺席学院/国际学院会议的认定与处理

Chapter 4: Identification and Handling of unexcused absence from College/International College Meetings

（1）不履行请假手续，无故不参加ok138cn太阳集团529或国际学院举行的会议（一次未到手写会议内容1遍、两次未到手写会议内容2遍，三次未到者，签证最长不超过3个月内）。

(1) If the applicant fails to go through the leave procedures and does not attend the meeting held by the school of computer and information or the international college without reason (Those who do not arrive at one time shall write the contents of the meeting once, those who do not arrive at two times shall write the contents of the meeting twice, and those who do not arrive at three times shall have a visa no longer than 3 months).

第五章 有下列情形之一者，取消其奖学金评选资格

Chapter 5 In any of the following circumstances, the scholarship qualification will be cancelled

（一）本学年度违反中国法律或校纪校规并受到相应处分者，或受留校察看处分尚在察看期者；

(1) Students who have violated Chinese laws or school rules and regulations during this academic year and have received corresponding punishment, or are still under observation under the punishment of in-school probation;
（二）在奖学金评定中弄虚作假者；

(2) those who cheat in the scholarship assessment;
（三）本学年留、降级者；

(3) Those who stay or are demoted in the current academic year;
(四)无故欠费者（水电、住宿费、学费）；

(4) unpaid fees (utilities, accommodation and tuition fees) without reason;
(五)考试作弊或者违反考场纪律者；

(5) cheating in examinations or violating examination discipline;
(六)上课及参加学校、学院组织的各项集体活动无故缺勤总次数达到或者超过4次/学年（或2次/学期）者；

(6) Absent from class or participating in collective activities organized by the school or college for a total of 4 times/academic year (or 2 times/semester);
(七)上课及参加学校、学院组织的各项集体活动迟到或早退次数达到6次/学年（或3次/学期）者；

(7) Students who arrive late or leave early for classes or participate in collective activities organized by the school or university for 6 times/academic year (or 3 times/semester);
(八)未扫码次数达到5次者（以公寓中心反馈名单为主），在集体宿舍内留宿异性，未经批准私自调换寝室或不服从公寓管理部门安排，晚上不按时归寝达5次者或夜不归宿达2-3次者。

(8) the person who has not scanned the code for 5 times (mainly the feedback list of the apartment center), has stayed with the opposite sex in the collective dormitory, has changed the dormitory without approval or disobeys the arrangement of the apartment management department, has not returned to bed on time for 5 times or has not returned to bed at night for 2-3 times.
(九)未经批准，私自离校，存在撒谎、隐瞒者（包括隐瞒行程轨迹，伪造健康码，行程码等）。

(9) Leave school without approval, lie or conceal (including concealing travel track, forging health code, travel code, etc.).
(十)请假逾期不归或擅自离校者。

(10) Those who do not return or leave school without permission.
(十一)不遵守常态化疫情防控要求者。

(11) Those who do not comply with the requirements of normalizing epidemic prevention and control.
(十二)有其他不端行为或不当言行被投诉且经查证情况属实者。
