2010年IEEE第一届电子与信息工程国际会议于2010年8月1日至3日在日本京都成功举办，会议所有论文全部在会后三个月全部被EI核心检索。2011年第二届电子与信息工程国际会议(ICEIE 2011)于2011年9月9日至11日在中国天津理工大学举办，同上届一样，ICEIE 2011将全部被Ei Compendex和ISTP检索。

The aim objective of ICEIE 2011 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Electronics and Information Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.

All accepted papers will be published by IEEE and then indexed by EI Compendex and Thomson ISI(ISTP).
